Position Overview:
The Truck Aggregator will be responsible for managing and expanding our fleet of transporters, working closely with truck owners, drivers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective transportation solutions for our clients. You will be the key point of contact for truckers and freight shippers, facilitating the movement of goods and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and maintain a network of truck operators, fleet owners, and transport service providers.
• Match available trucks with freight loads, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with truck operators to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
• Monitor and track ongoing shipments, providing regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any delivery delays or issues, liaising between shippers and truck operators.
• Ensure the fleet complies with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to optimize truck utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain accurate records of all transportation agreements, shipments, and financial transactions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and efficient transport solutions.
• Generate reports on key performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates, cost savings, and fleet performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics, fleet management, or transportation coordination.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of the trucking industry and transportation regulations.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or logistics software is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
